My
Favorite Websites

They're Worth a Second Look!

This page contains the links to some of my favorite websites.  Some are just fun.  Some are just informative.  Some you have already seen on other pages, but I thought that they were worth repeating here.   Enjoy Exploring!

Official United States Time   This public service is cooperatively provided by the two time agencies of United States: a Department of Commerce agency, the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), and its military counterpart, the U. S. Naval Observatory (USNO). Readings from the clocks of these agencies contribute to world time, called Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). The time maintained by both agencies should never differ by more than 0.000 0001 seconds from UTC.

The Mortgage Professor  One of the best websites I have found to help explain the In's and Out's of mortgages.  This is my primary mortgage reference site.  Additionally, he has useful calculators to help you determine your payment and how much house you can afford.  Thanks Mortgage Professor!
