(Not just real estate.  An ability to act under stress...Thanks Rufus)  "Mr. Hutchinson was serving as a referee yesterday in an under-19 soccer match in Birmingham. During the match, two players collided wihile trying to head the ball. The player from my team was flipped into the air and landed on his head and back. Within seconds Ryan went unconscious, began convulsing and stopped breathing. Mr. Hutchinson immediately reacted to this life-threatening situation and performed a series of actions that revivied and stabilized Ryan before the paramedics or trauma team arrived on site. There is no question that Ryan might have died had Mr. Hutchinson not acted so quickly to revive him.
